Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance items

Return Process

  1. Email our customer service team at thestyleforager@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
